The work was scheduled before all of the parts came in. The day before it was to be done, they called to say it would not be finished for another 10 days. It would have been better to have not scheduled the work until the parts were actually in. As it turned out, the parts cam in the next day and they finished it, but my schedule at that point precluded my picking the car up.

High five to caliber team, they did a good job! The man who assisted me was very nice, he did go over with every detail from start to finish. The only thing is the front desk lady, she’s poker face, not happy how she accommodate clients, been with caliber from different areas, and their front desk was really nice, compared to that in Antioch. Anyway, they did a good job in the car, beautiful job! that’s all that matters. Right?! Everyone else was amazing!!!!! The guy, just forgot his name, he’s awesome!
