One of the greatest customer experiences I have ever had! Period. It all started when I noticed this big scratch on driver's door side that probably occurred in transportation of vehicle from Midwest to California (Carvana purchase). I was honored with a repair and got contacted by Caliber Collision. I spoke to Nancy who called me first and made an appointment for me to come in. She was super nice and truly made a difference in how pleasant she made this process for me. I got introduced to Jaime at the shop dropping my car off and she explained the process to me start to finish. When I was told that both doors will need to be repainted because of a single scratch on one door, I kind of cringed thinking it's going to be a challenge to make this look like its new and repaired without any obvious consequences to my car. I JUST PURCHASED MY CAR. Picked up my car within 48 hours of delivery today and got to say I COULD NOT BE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK! BLOWN AWAY. Car looks like new, even better than before I dropped it off. If you have a scratch on your vehicle that you want gone, STOP RIGHT THERE AND call Caliber Collision. They are amazing to work with. P..S Did I mention they drove me back home when I dropped off the vehicle and picked me up when I had to collect my car? THANK YOU GUYS! FOREVER! Bojan-

Bryan was amazing with communicating. Bryan was letting me know every step of the way how my car was doing, telling me when all the parts are coming. He was understanding when i had concern . Honestly He gets a 10 star just being that amazing.

It’s only high because of Luis and his teams work and his customer service. If it was based of his general manager then I wouldn’t recommend the place.

The customer service was phenomenal! Brian was so helpful at keeping us informed and explaining the process, showing what needs to be done. I am so please with the customer service at caliber! Nancy at the front desk was also really nice and helpful. Another employee also went into detail explaining the work that was done. The whole staff was outstanding. We are definitely recommending this place to others.
