We were rear ended and the back our car was pretty tore up. Caliber Collison made our mangled car look brand new again. They keep us informed every step of the way from ordering parts to when our car would be ready. Their check in, service and communication were spot on. The bumper was painted a different color than the vehicle. No one noticed until I called it out upon inspection at pick up. It was quite obvious to everyone.

I would have given a better rating, had the staff inspected my vehicle prior to my arrival. They would have seen that the repaired bumper was painted the wrong color.

With the age of my truck we were unable to get factory replacement parts and they weren’t comfortable using aftermarket parts but between Louis in the body man they were able to fix my fender and it came out perfect thank you
