My car looks good the damage was repaired, however I had to do outside searching for parts that they claimed they couldn’t get in a timely fashion, and my dad (who works in the car industry) found the parts for them. Had they have tried a little harder they would have been able to get the parts themselves. The overall process took much much longer than expected and the finish time was constantly being moved forward and backwards. They couldn’t even give my car a light wash and returned it dirty and the paint job was half ass, during the pickup my dad had to ask them to go and re buff the car because it had clearly not been done, something that should have been done considering the car had been repainted.

While Jamie was very nice, the correspondence was horrible. I was often told that I would be contacted with updates, however I often had to be the one to reach out. I was left wondering what was happening with my car for days to weeks without hearing from anyone.

This is a great car repair facility . They take pride in their work and they make sure you as a customer is taken care of. My car was damaged pretty bad but now it looks like nothing happened . I appreciate their communication and professionalism . They are really awesome. 10/10 would recommend

Luis did a good job of texting me and repair completed 2 weeks earlier than estimated. While State Farm would not pay for a new front bumper the techs reattached it on the one side and polished it so I could spray paint it. They also installed the rear reflector that I sent them. Good work.
