The repair thus far of the bumper and seal are fine. When I dropped off my vehicle the keys were temporarily lost. Two people from Caliber called to ask if I still had the keys, which I did not. They found them the next day in another car. Secondly, I called after a week and a half of not hearing anything only to learn a part is coming from Germany and won’t arrive until early April. I asked if someone was going to call and inform me of this with no answer. I then asked if I could pick up my car in the meantime until the part arrived, which was approved. It appears the entire amount was already charged to the warranty company, so I’m really hoping the facility follows through, contacts me when the part arrives and completes the job that’s already paid for. Not a great experience.
