My Jeep looks fantastic! They even detailed it! Went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. And I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with as AAA was giving me nothing but problems, trying not to do right by me, or do proper quality repairs etc. but Calliber accommodated everything. Also very convenient to have enterprise rental doing everything in collaboration.. needless to say I’m very happy. This is our second time using caliber. Thank you.

Because of the limits of service requested as described about it he catalytic converter guard mentioned in the first question

I was very disappointed that o could not get the cage/protection plate installed also and have to go to a separate shop. We do not understand why you can install a catalytic converter since ours was stolen but can’t also install the guard — which is very common now. Telling me you only replace what was already there seems shortsighted. Plus — you would have made more money since I would have paid for it.
