My car was fixed in a week ! Everything looks brand new ! So far no complaints. So happy I chose caliber collision. I will recommend to my friends and family. All the staff were great. Great customer service.

I loved all the updates along the way and that my car was washed and cleaned when it was returned to me, and that it is running back to the way it was pre accident. However, the reason I’m not completely satisfied is because the pinstripe I had on my car was pink and not pearl white. This change was not authorized by me or even consulted with me. Plus the fact that the new pinstripe was laid over the already existing pink stripe which you can clearly see. While I’m glad to have my car back, but pretty frustrated about the detailing not being what I had before and don’t approve of the change. I plan to be in contact early next week.

Very satisfied with the outcome of my door, the staff was very friendly took care of it quick and timing took less than what I expected. When they returned my truck they made sure it was a very tidy presentation, really appreciate their honesty and dedication
