Customer service was very good overall. The only area of improvement I can see: more consistent updates from the tech (texts would be very helpful). I was told I would receive an update a few times but instead had to call the shop myself.

There was very inconsistent information and we’d call to get clarification and get told we’d get a call back and never did on two separate days. Also the link I was sent said pickup was yesterday until around 11 am today where it finally updated to pickup today. The link also told us pickup would be in apex even though it was setup to be in Sanford. Gregg in Sanford was absolutely amazing though! Amazing customer service!
