Any accident can be stressful and having your vehicle damaged makes it even more difficult. However, Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my Toyota. I was amazed by their ability to replace the parts and my vehicle look like new. Their customer service was excellent and Claudia was so kind, helpful and friendly. I grew up in hickory NC, so I think of businesses and towns in this area as sub-par. Otherwise I'm glad to have my car fixed and glad Progressive could work behind the scenes. I like Stephanie.

I was charged $127 by Caliber for scanning my car in the way in and the way out. I didn’t require my truck to be scanned — I know it doesn’t have any codes; if Caliber needs to scan my truck to ensure they didn’t cause any issues, that is fine — but I didn’t request it or want it. And I definitely shouldn’t be charged for it. That is your quality control measure and I understand it, but that is your responsibility, not mine. It’s especially egregious given that I had a simple, heat only mirror installed; how is that going to cause a code on the truck? It cost over $900 to get a simple, heat only mirror replaced. If I wasn’t in a hurry, I would have and should have shopped around for a Shop that wasn’t going to gouge me.
