The work appears to be very good. My only concern was not receiving a call when the car was finished. I happened to check your site and saw it was completed the day before. While I understand that younger individuals may prefer text messages, I don’t check them often, so a phone call would have been much more helpful. That’s the only reason I’m giving a nine instead of a ten. Otherwise, everyone there was very professional, from the young lady at the front desk to the gentleman who greeted me on the day of drop-off.

Yes. Caliber called with timely status reports and estimates of completion dates. When finished, they called again and their price for the work was less than the original estimate. We’ll use Caliber for all of our auto repair work.
