A lot better than the Denton location. Austin my estimator kept me updated on how my truck was coming along. Emmy at the front desk was very polite and made me feel welcomed. Huge shout out to Margie, she went above and beyond to help me find a rental truck for work, while enterprise couldn’t do their jobs as to helping me find at other locations. Thanks caliber collision team!

The damage to our car was in the back but we could tell that your team took the time to remove to remove scuff marks and bugs that we could not get off. that extra step means a lot. What a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into caliber I was greeted with giant smiles and pleasant conversations! Everyone on staff was super down to earth and helpful! Margie was my point of contact and she kept me in the know every step of the way!! I LOVED my rental as well! Not only that; my car was finished 5 days AHEAD of schedule! Simply the the best! I’ve ALWAYS used CC, and I’ll never use anyone else!
