The repair of the vehicle itself is great. However, when I first dropped my car off, I was quoted that it would take about a week and a half to complete the repair. It wasn’t completed for a month and a half. The insurance payment for a rental car ran out and I was without a car for two weeks. When the car was completed, I was excited to be able to have my car. However the manager sat there and gave excuses to why this took so long for the car repairs. One of the excuses was that cars are becoming too complicated to repair due to new features. You would think that if your business is to repair cars, you would see how important is it to keep up with technological changes with cars as well. My gas tank was full when I dropped off my car but when I picked up my car the gas tank was on empty. I also got an oil change the weekend prior to dropping off my car, so my mileage was 43.390 and when I picked my car the mileage was almost to 44,000. To top it all off, they forgot to put my front license plate on and only remember when I pointed it out. I felt like I was patient and put up with a lot during this repair, but I would expect better care from a well renowned repair shop.

Emmy at the Argyle location is a god send. After numerous locations turned me away she unfortunately answered the phone while I was crying and in hysterics. She was calm from start to finish, helped me calm down, then helped me take care of my car and got everything coordinated even when my own vehicle insurance was not cooperating. She has gone above and beyond anything I could have ever expected and I’m so incredibly thankful for her.
