Isaiah G at Caliber Collision went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service. He took his time to listen to my needs and made sure I didn't waste my time or money. He made suggestions when scheduling my vehicle to minimize how much I spent on my rental car, since I had to pay out of pocket. He kept me informed every step of the way for my repairs. He dropped me & my kids off @ the rental car shop when I was expecting to walk. Even when the repairs didn't go as planned, he showed integrity, was accountable & ensured that I was happy at the end of the day. I didn't have to ask. He treated me like family, which is rare to find in his line of work. I truly appreciate it. Hopefully I won't ever have to come back, but if I do, I'll be looking for you Isaiah!

The service was better than great I was updated regularly, and my car was fixed in a timely manner! This experience was better then I ever hoped and the cherry on top was got me back in a my car before my big trip and saved me money on a rental and other out of Pocket expenses and even drove my car to me!!!!
