The only reason why I didn't rate my satisfaction a 10 is because of the noise that the truck door makes when you turn off the ignition (it was not doing this when we dropped the truck off). We were informed that it could be that the motor was getting ready to go out. We were also informed to call to let an agent listen to the sound; however, due to our schedules and my daughter driving for school and work, we haven't been able to.

Mr. A. J. Jourdain, my service advisor, was most courteous, professional and considerate. He kept me informed of the progress of the repairs on my car on a timely basis. The technicians that repaired my car did an execellent job. My car looks just as it did before the accident. i give them my highest compliments also.
