Caliber Collision went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a pleasant experience. I encountered an issue with the original associate assigned to handle my repairs. Management was quick to respond so that all parties were heard, valued, and respected. He used the experience as a coaching opportunity and was the epitome of professionalism. Abel took over the job without hesitation and did a magnificent job communicating the status of my repairs. I happily refer anyone needing collision repairs to Caliber Collision.
