Repair work was great. Communication was often but messages were conflicting at times and timeline was extended multiple times. Overall work was great but I’d rather have a long initial timeline estimate than have the date pushed out.

I hadn't anticipated the repairs of the vehicle would take a long as it did. I understand due to the excessive damaged, once the technician had disassemble the vehicle it was more to be done after the preliminary estimate. The Service Advisor did keep the customer updated/changes through the entire process of the vehicle. The insurance company and Caliber Center was in contact through the entire process of any changes, approval, coverage, and the deductible. Customer was updated by text messages of the status of his/her vehicle which was good. Caliber did returned phone calls on the same day that customers called. Overall, we are satisfied with the repairs, services, the technician work, and the service advisor. The reason I chosen Caliber Center again was due to previous work at another Caliber Center. Thanks to all your staff.

Everything was so easy, from scheduling and communicating, to driving out the door! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and truly showed that they cared about my overall satisfaction and getting my truck back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Even after I drove away, I was still able to receive the same quality of care.

It looks great! Even after I drove away, I spotted a bit of overspray on my tire…with one quick call, I was told to bring it by the shop and they would take care of it immediately.
