Lupe was exceptional to work with. He was very proactive with his communication, transparent about the pricing, what to expect, possible additional cost etc. He also gave me fair pricing and was an advocate for me to make sure I was not over charged, especially as a returning customer. Additionally, he was very help navigating the drop off and pick up the car based on my limited availability due to work travel.
