I'm totally satisfied with Lauren and her customer service and she deserves a 10+ and a great representative, but that's about the only good thing i can say about the business. I have taken my truck to that shop X2 and the first time was very smooth and efficient. The second time was a harder collision and of course i was understanding and realized with a hard hit, the vehicle would take time. I did not expect however a 3 moth turn around. I wrecked my vehicle on 10/13/20 and got it back after christmas. I would call and speak with lauren and she was always courteous and explained it all but i will say the body shop end was a failure to her and i. When i picked my truck up i could hear wind coming through my door and the window would not roll all the way down and there was random bolts all in the truck in cup holders. Lauren reassured me it would be repaired but i traded that vehicle in, simply because i knew it would never be right again and whoever reassembled my vehicle obviously does not care and the repair (paint and body) had to drag there feet in the process of fixing my vehicle and with that long of a time it should have been no issues. Again i thank everyone in the office who had a part in being professional and especially Lauren, but i won't be back due to the body shop repairs.

Body work was decent but had to be cleaned after I noticed imperfections.

2 plus months to fix. I understand parts delay, but no communication except when I called to find out what’s going on. The receptionist gave my messages to Jeff the service manager and he never called me back on multiple times. The one time he did call back was to say my vehicle will be ready on the 24th of December. The end of the day came on the 24 th and he called and said it wasn’t ready and that it would be ready on Monday. Come Monday the Shop manager called me and said it won’t be ready because Jeff and the body tech went on vacation. Now why would Jeff say my vehicle will be ready on Monday if he knew he was going in vacation and more than likely knew the body tech was going on vacation. The only saving grace was that overall manager and a nice lady reassembled my truck after the body tech was a no show again. There needs to be some serious retraining in communication at this location.

Our service advisor Lauren did a great job of keeping us informed, attending to the repairs and delivery date was right on schedule. Overall we are very satisfied with the condition in which the vehicle was returned to us. We will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of assistance.
