I'm still waiting on parts for my vehicle.

The repairs are incomplete to date. According to the representative they are still waiting on parts to completely finish the job. Specifically, they're are still waiting on mud flaps that they ordered, so that they can attach it to my truck. Additionally, they still have one of the rim's of my vehicle. In closing, my insurance company (USAA) has made payment to the Arlington TN Caliber site, but the repair job is incomplete as of today October 8th 2020.
