The quality standard in which Coutney Martini runs her shop is laughable. She take no ownership and throws her staff under the bus in conversation with the customer.

the rating is a "0"! Courtney Martini is lazy and disrespectful to her customers and staff. Her customer service skills will be the reason I avoid this repair chain. She "personally inspected" my vehicle and it was ready. I drove an hour to pick it up and the running board was COVERED in paint (I have videos). She has no respect for the customer or their time. She even tried to convince me that you use "water based" paints. I am not a moron!!! But I did leave work twice and waste 4 hours to get the truck on the second attempt. I called Ms Martini to let her know I was coming and she refused to talk to me while there. However, she didn't mind to insult my intelligence via email, during this same time I was there.
