Lauren was my service advisor and she went above and beyond. She was always accessible each time I called and always kept me abreast of the progress on my car. She was professional but also treated you like she had been knowing you for years. She is awesome!

I love this location and did not know I would be needing it so soon. Glad that Caliber Collision is now in Arlington TN and providing top notch service and repairs. Lauren and her team were awesome. She stayed in constant contact with me about the status of my vehicle. She went above and beyond in taking care of my needs. There was never a time that she did not return a phone call or was too busy to answer my questions. My car looks great and you can’t tell that it was ever damaged. This is my first time at this location and will highly recommend it to anyone that needs body work done. My car was returned clean as a whip from inside to outside. I am very pleased and Lauren is the best!!!!

They didn't communicate readily in the progress of the repairs. There were to many people to deal with in a two week time frame. There wasn't a sense of urgency, although I am very pleased with how my SUV looks.

My jeep is squeaking in the area where the work was done
