There are some bubbles on the wrap. Jeff at Caliber told us if we have problems to go to the place that put the wrap on. It seems like we would just go back to Caliber.’

The gentleman that helped us was more interested in assisting my husband than me. When it was just me there he was much different than when my husband arrived. We had to go back initially and there was a delay bc he told me that there was no need to get an estimate, I should just drop it off and let them begin working on it before Farm Bureau approved anything. He also told me Enterprise would drop off a rental car for me. Then after everything was done and we mentioned that he immediately said he didn’t say it. The day I did go in for my scheduled appointment to drop it off, he acted like I didn’t have an appointment, asking my name again. It was very odd.

It was communicated at drop off that my car would be ready the following Friday, Wednesday I received a text it would be ready Friday, Thursday o received a text that it would be ready Friday. On Friday afternoon at 2:35pm I received a text that my car would not be ready until the following Tuesday, no explanation of why. Monday morning I received a text that it was ready. I have had it back for a week and I need to take it back in because there is a piece of the bumper (that they replaced) that needs attention.

Initial visit and interaction was disappointing. First person we spoke with at the location, after scheduling through corporate on a phone call, was curt and somewhat condescending. After that initial interaction everyone else was great.

Great customer care and service, they kept me informed about the repair sending updates. The rental car was easy to leave at their location in order to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle was dirty when I brought it in and it was completely clean when the repair was completed, I love that place.
