It would have been nice to know that the pick up date was changed before the end of each day. I would make plans to go pick up directly after work, but then be told that the date was extended at 5:00.

I discovered a problem with the window after I picked up my truck. Took it back to the Caliber Center. The person I talked to said that the part was not installed correctly. He took pictures and said he was sending the info to the glass department. That was on 4-1-2026. As of today 4-9-2026 I have yet to hear anything back regarding the issue. The body repair and paint work done on my truck looks good, no complaints on that part. Would be nice for someone to call me about the window.
