Jeff at Calliber Collision Arlington was more than amazing. He tended to my every need and was always available to answer questions, provide updates and to make sure that I was completely satisfied. He explained the whole process to me about getting the rental, etc. I have never had to turn in my vehicle before to be repaired so I am definitely glad Jeff was the person to help me. The experience with the Arlington location was definitely a 10 plus!!! I have other friends who have said the same thing about their experience at the Arlington location. I would definitely recommend them and send people straight to Jeff.

This is the second time using Caliber Collision and I was super impressed each time. They kept me informed the whole time with how the progress was going. My car came back looking brand new and I couldn’t tell it had work done on it. They also washed the outside and vacuumed/wiped down the inside and that was a super nice surprise.
