Crystal is OUTSTANDING! She was very detailed and thoroughly professional in assessing the damage to our car, and spent a good deal of time with us explaining why she felt all the steps in the repair were needed. She communicated throughout the repair process and kept us up to date. She reviewed with us again once we picked our car up. The quality of the repairs was excellent. It is never fun needing a car repair after an accident. If it ever happens again, we will be coming back to Caliber.

Again I was overall happy to get my car back and it was mostly fixed. I would say I'm e 80- 90% happy with my car but knowing that my front right rim was completely scratched and wasn't replaced and knowing that some of the paint job got missed. I'm kind of sad about it

It took a little over 2 weeks for Caliber Collision to fix my car so the speed and service was great. But, knowing that my car only had one tiny scratch before this accident it saddened me that my car did not come back 100% fixed.
