Both times I've had my car in a caliber collision, they have been awesome and always kept me in the loop, even when I noticed something about the repair wasent exactly right they did something about it and even fixed a problem I was having with the new parts from the first repair hince their lifetime warranty on their work which I find very respectable. Kourtney had no problem getting it back in and getting the second repairs flaw fixed. The tech pulled it back around and told me what the problem was and he did a amazing job with the repair, front of the car looks brand new and can't thank you guys enough.

Have had several vehicles repaired at different locations of same company. I have been well pleased.

Still have a part on order. Due in 1 month from today’s date. Picked up vehicle for use while part is on order. Backseat wasn’t re-installed correctly as all safety belts were hidden underneath seat. Also vehicle was damaged while there. This location has promised to repair damage when missing part is received with paid rental car.
