The staff at Ashland Caliber were great to work with. I had Mike has my rep and he was very thorough, communicative and all around great to work with. Best part, they offered to stay open a few minutes late on a Friday so I could get my car sooner and not have to wait through the weekend. I appreciate the service I received

The staff was great. Very communicative, even stayed open a few minutes late for me on a Friday so I didn’t have to wait over the weekend to get my car. I am very appreciative and grateful that they offered to and did that. Above and beyond service

It took a very long time to get the parts in for the repair. Also, there’s a cover for the back tail light that’s missing that I’ve asked about and haven’t heard whether they found it or not. Also, I noticed that the gas cap that was supposed to be replaced has a broken tab so I’m not sure whether they actually replaced the gas cap or not, but it is on the invoice.

Excellent service, great price, and FAST repairs!! We had a minor dent and they were able to give us a quote within 15 mins. They worked with our insurance and we had our vehicle back within a week. Pretty standard. Great communication!! We appreciate your assistance :)
