No call necessary. I was first told new tailgate would be installed. Then the tailgate was fixed. The entire tailgate was not painted, only a portion. I would have the entire tailgate and quarter panel painted so there was no difference in paint for those parts. Lines don’t match up where the quarter panels meet the rail gate. They did before the rear end was hit.

Caliber gave me outstanding customer service! I just had heart surgery wasn’t able to drive yet. Mike brought me home after I delivered my car. Keep me posted on the progress. I didn’t have a way to get my car home. Mike delivered the car to my home to me what wonderful service- I have never been treated so well. Thank you so much, Joyce Bolden

David is the *best* when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, I’ve had to visit Caliber multiple times in the last year due to accidents, but he has made each experience enjoyable. He does a great job at representing the company, and making the customer feel valued and cared about.
