Caliber in Ashland VA is always the best. They do excellent work, provide timely updates. I wouldn't use any other service but them. Joannie Matthews and David are the best to work with. I highly recommend them.

The whole experience was pretty bad, took a while to get an estimate and then when they got it approved never notified me, when I followed up they looked and were surprised they missed it. I schedule to bring it in and they said it would be a week, week and a half max they still had it in pieces when I came to pick it up. (They basically pulled the bumper and then didn’t touch it until I came in to pick it up.) They put it back together and forgot to put the license plate back on and never fixed the paint which they didn’t even submit apparently. So overall communication was horrible.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing. It took an excessive amount of time to receive the initial estimate, and once it was approved, I was never notified. When I followed up, the staff realized they had missed it. I was told the repair would take about a week to a week and a half, but when I came to pick up the vehicle, it was still disassembled. It appeared that the bumper was removed and then no further work was done until I arrived. They quickly reassembled the car, but even then the license plate was not reinstalled, and the paint repair was never completed because it was never submitted in the first place. Overall, communication was extremely poor, timelines were not honored, and the repair was incomplete
