Tracy was fantastic. She provided an accurate/conservative estimated completion date and kept me updated all along the way. I hope to not have to need a body shop again soon but if I do, I’ll come back to see Tracy.

Tracy was beyond lovely to deal with. As was the woman who runs the desk (I'm going with Karen, but I have the worst memory for names after having 3 kids!)
