I was amazed when I first looked at the car when it was ready. Not only could I not find the repaired areas vs the non repair areas (no differences), but the car looked as it did when I first purchased it.

This was another area of success! The service was outstanding, from the first phone call (minutes after USAA put the claim in officially), through the estimation process and continued until I picked up my car. The service was so good that i felt like I was the only customer you had during that time period. I received constant updates and the miserable part of being in a car accident, was taken care of for me.

When I picked up my vehicle, I requested a very minor adjustment be done to my car. They were very cordial and willing to accommodate my request. As a result, the minor adjustment was made and I was pleased that they honored my request in a very professional manner.
