My truck was transferred from the Kensington location to far away Aston location without my knowledge or consent, the passenger mirror which was replaced was broken and put on the vehicle anyway, my gas cap had painters tap over it and the cap Itself was missing, the inside of the vehicle which was detailed wasn’t fully clean.

John, (I’m sorry I don’t remember his last name), my service consultant, was amazing!! He kept me up to date with everything going on with my car and based on my work schedule was able to have it completed a day ahead of time! The workmanship on my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 was really well done, so a big thanks to all of the individuals who worked on it! I love how it turned out! John was very thorough with his initial assessment of my vehicle and was very knowledgeable. He has excellent customer service skills and is great at his job!
