On three different occasions try to speak to someone about the process did not happen I was promised someone will call you. At that point I stop calling finally my first communication was a text prompt indicating approach me with my car will be ready. Day later I received a phone call and I mention with the prompt said was told disregard the prompt. Was told I will have my car before the end of the year (7 days) received a text message late on January 6 indicating that my car was ready for pick up, I picked it up on Wednesday the eighth needed minor adjustment. 🤔
