I'm very impressed with the high level of service I received, a level that's rare these days. Ben made sure to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I asked when I dropped it off if he knew if my bike rack was reimbursable due to it being destroyed in the accident. He made sure to pass along ng the concern to progressive and he even researched how much a replacement would cost. I appreciate the help and follow through. I also appreciate caliber detailing my car inside and out and returning it to me cleaner than when I dropped it off.
