I could not even tell that my car had had a large dent in it. The paint matched perfectly to the original color, and I have to say that it looked way better than when I first purchased the car last summer :)

My main issue was the 51 days when I was paying for the rental car. When I took the back in for a thunking noise and leak in the rear, they were great.

If a 20 was offered I'd choose it. I'm from out of state and had work to do with my truck and limited time to do it. Caliber got me into the shop and back on the road in less than 4 days. Chelsea got me a ride back to where I was staying when I dropped of my truck-service above and beyond...
