Although Kelly was kind and professional acting, I was promised twice by her for a reference to a leather shop and never did receive it by her even after the 2nd reminder. Also I was promised touch up work on my Sequoia which was not finished when I arrived and had to remind her of that. But none the less she did do it while I waited.

Although Kelly was professional acting and kind I had to remind her twice of her promised reference she would give me to a leather shop for my vehicle and never received the e-mail reference even after the second reminder. I was also told by her that my vehicle would receive touch up work which was not done when I arrived however she did do it herself when I reminded her. Those two incidents would have sweyed me to give a 10 on my satisfaction if it was done the first time around.

Caliber Collision was very helpful providing transportation home for me when the vehicle was dropped off, and delivering the vehicle to my home when repairs were completed. Most appreciated because we just moved to the area and as yet do not have any family or friends, Thank you for the accommodations.

I would have liked better communication. I was told I would be called the day I dropped off my car but it wasn't until nearly a week later. Even the notice that I would be sent repair updates and a survey by email was only sent minutes before the survey.
