I was told by insurance that a call center would contact me but Jackson and McKayla reached out immediately and let me know when parts would arrive and I could schedule my truck. I am so happy with the service I received from Caliber Collision. Michaela was excellent at handling our claim, and she went above and beyond what I thought would be happening with my vehicle. It had to be taken to the Toyota dealership for calibration, the bodywork is amazing and it looks brand spanking new, and it was washed and cleaned inside and out. I will be referring everyone that I know in this area, both family and friends to your company if anything like this should happen to them. I am overjoyed with the service thank you so much, Michaela!!!

Michaela was absolutely professional and fantastic throughout the entire process. She called to give me updates and let me know what was happening through this journey when we pick the car up it was clean. It was washed and everything was restored and it looked brand new.
