Everyone was very friendly and helpful. However when I went to pick up the car the entire front desk was gone for the day. I waited, and called, and wondered around the premises for 15mins. I think it would be helpful if the front office is empty for there to be a company cell phone and a sign on the desk saying to call the number if need of assistance.

I can only do an 8 because we're waiting on a part but the repair to the existing bumper looks fine. Though one of my sensors (TCS) came on today and won't shut off now.

Mike and the team were really transparent with what needed to be done and the process that would follow. I was kept up-to-date at every corner, and even though we couldn't finish the work yet because we're waiting on a part, I'm very happy with the service I've so far received.

I received great service from the time I walked in the door being greeted with nothing other than professionalism, something that is very important to me. The other highlight that I would like to point out about caliber collision is how they assured me that my was being left in good hands, this took all my worries away. Picking my car up today and seeing the finished product made my day. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Extremely great people and made the process super easy and didn’t have to worry about anything just dropped off my car and week later they had it all done and looking brand new! Paint matched perfectly and my car has a color that you rarely see on the road so you know they’ll get you right. Highly recommend and if i ever need them again they’ll be hearing from me 😏💯😳🔥
