From the minute we walked in Mike made us feel very comfortable. He answered all of our questions and made this unfortunate experience a pretty nice one! We will definitely use this shop again if needed. I do appreciate the text updates regarding our repairs. I'm glad State Farm recommended Caliber Collision.
