The receptionist did not know my deductible amount, she stated it was $500, when in actuality, it was $300. I never received consistent details about the progress of my car. I was told there would be texts sent, however, they did not represent the true details of the progress of my automobile. My question: why send them if they are not current progress reports?

I had a very pleasant experience with caliber. Both Patrick and Brandon made sure I was aware of what was going on every step of the way and reassured me that my car would be returned to me in outstanding condition and they delivered. I am glad to have my car back and running smoothly! Customer service was excellent. If I had a problem they listened and worked with me to solve it.

Came here for two accidents to 2 different cars. Service was amazing! 5 stars hands down. Work was professional and my car felt brand new again. They even found other issues that were unrelated to my accident. Truly appreciate this company. Thank you guys so much again!
