The car repair looked good and my trunk opens fine. My only concern was that my back brake light did not work. I went out of town the next day. Not knowing that the wiring had been shifted some and the bulb was no longer connected. A bit sad that the car was not up to code, but once someone alerted me to the light not working, Auto Zone took care of my need

I still need to sort out reimbursement of my deductible I paid to Caliber, so I will be very satisfied once that happen. My insurance also paid the deductible amount, so it was paid twice.

They left the tail gate unlocked, so when I got home, the door was down and some storage organization unit must have fallen out.. I had heard it moving around when I was driving home, but when I got home the tailgate was down and it wasn’t in there.

Joshua is a complete pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and communicative and continues to go above and beyond time and again to keep his customers not just satisfied, but happy. This is my third BMW I’ve taken to him and would not go to anyone else. That is why I didn’t go to CC in onion creek but rather switched to his new location. I learned more from him about my car than I did from the dealership when I purchased it. I had no doubts about the workmanship but the speed with which the work was done was incredible. Thank you- fantastic as always!

Car looks great. Only comment I have is I was not expecting you all to reuse the top of the mirror without painting it (given that it was scraped a tiny bit).

As I mentioned before you all painted the side lf the car and didnt paint the mirror cap you reused. That was an odd decision as it has scrapes on it, and originally i was told you would not be bale to reuse it.

I was just thrown off by the automated messages telling me an incorrect completion date which led to a few phone calls to my insurance provider while I was traveling for work. The experience overall was good, but the automated messages caused confusion.
