just please secure the batteries the way they were originally secured and don’t take them out of their mount if it’s not necessary

The repair appears to be great. The only thing I was a bit upset to see is that my battery was just thrown in sideways and not secured the way I had originally placed it. I can understand, disconnecting the battery, but I don’t know why it would have been removed from its secure amount for the repair when the cables could’ve just been disconnected and pushed down the side. What’s more, when it was reconnected, it was just put in its place at an angle and not mounted into the holder that keeps it from bouncing around.

My Mazda was hit by an F250, tearing into the front driver side quarter panel and damaging the headlight and front wheel. Caliber fixed it up within ~1 week and it looks as good as new! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work they provided, and it comes with a lifetime warranty! They were friendly, helpful, and quick. Highly recommend.
