You guys are the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else should I ever have the need to get my car repaired again. I was constantly kept informed by Jamil (multiple texts a day!) and even got a call to make sure I knew that my car was done. I loved having Enterprise right there. It just made everything so easy! I was really dreading having to "take my car in" and it turned out to be no big deal! I spent in total less than 20 minutes in your shop (because you guys are so fast in getting me in and out of there) and the entire time I was there, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Seriously-- the best.

The experience from beginning to end was unacceptable. I would never allow another of my vehicles to be serviced there. As far as overall safety of my vehicle went I would say that this place gets a grade of F. Customer service was also lacking the two times that I came in, wicked forced me too drive over an hour to this facility on two occasions. Disappointed especially after the instances company have the recommendation.

Jamal was fabulous. The receptionist - I don't know her name, sorry - was friendly and efficient. It was so convenient to have Enterprise on site. I will definitely use Caliber Collision for any future body work I may need.
