Yes everyone from the receptionist (Nellie) to the associate (Jamel) were excellent. Very good customer service all around. The car came back in excellent condition and very quickly. The ease of drop off and pick up were exceptional. I had to be in the office for everything about a total of 20 minutes. I will definitely recommend caliber in the future.
