I can rave enough about the service I received from Caliber Collision. I was kept up to date during the entire process by Jamel. I did not work with Manuel (your rep) because he lacked customer service skills and tried to charge my mother for a rental when he called at 5:30pm that her car was ready. Damon the manager went above and beyond to ensure my rental was taken care of because the car i was given needed to be returned immediatley because enterprise sold the car. Not only did they sell the car but because i work up north for the state they could not bring me a new rental because that would be an inconvience for them. When I say the only good experience ive had is Caliber Collision I am not exaggerating. They went above and beyond what a collision center should do.

Mr Jamal was very helpful & informative & professional. The desk lady was also very helpful. Caliber has made this whole experience pleasant even though the situation was unfortunate (getting rear ended). I will definitely recommend Caliber to friends & family. Kudos to Mr Jamal for his assistance.
