Most definitely. One time when my daughters car was in an accident, my husband took it to a local Mazda dealership for repair. He did not know that he should check with USAA for a preferred shop. The work took forever. When we went to pick up the vehicle, they failed to notice that a side airbag had deployed. It was hanging down in the backseat, and very visible to the naked eye.
