Wonderful experience thanks to Joshua! He went above and beyond the call of duty - helping this mom with full hands transfer all the stuff between cars, giving me timely updates on repairs, and making things extremely efficient to reduce how many days I needed a rental car. He was truly amazing!!! I cannot say about good things about him and my experience at Caliber. Thank you, Joshua!! Would recommend 10/10

Joshua was amazing from the very beginning to the very end. He went way above and beyond in assisting us with both the Audi dealer and the third party Insurance company that was paying. The quality of the workmanship appears to be top notch as well.

The moment I came in I was greeted and welcomed everyone I met was nice and respectful. Bri kept me informed about the whole process at all times. If any changes or wrong parts came in she also let me know which I appreciate! Bri also waited for me after hours so I could come get my vehicle. I had an awesome experience. The tech assigned to my vehicle was very professional, kind, cordial, and made everything very easy. My repair was done well before the quoted date, the repair exceeded my expectations, and he ran my rental back for me to save my time and money on an uber. Additionally, my rental got a tow sticker on it the day I had to return it, and the agent assisted by removing it for me before returning the rental since I didn’t have the necessary blade to do so. I would 1,000% trust them with any of my future repairs.
