I have always been impressed with Brandon Goodman. He has always done a great job. I am not happy with the guy who handled my claim with Progressive. I believe his name was Jake.

Work done in the past was better than it was this time. I don’t think the guy that was over our account checked out the vehicle before it left. Parking Sensors do not work. Truck was not clean inside and the bed had several old parts including the tire protection

Brandon and his team did an outstanding job with my vehicle involved in a deer accident. They were extremely efficient and repaired my vehicle in such a timely manner - even exceeding expectations completing the repairs projected to finish in 3 weeks, in just a week - while providing me routine updates throughout the whole process. His team was also very transparent on the timeline, the billing, and insurance process. The customer service was also stellar and made me feel extremely cared for and valued. The end product looks seamless and overall I am extremely grateful for the level of care at Caliber Collision.
