I’ve only used caliber the past few years and refuse to use any other company, Hunters Chase location, service and work in other locations was always good, 8/10 but Mike and his team blew them out of the water, could not have asked for a better experience

My service person was great!! He took care of me right when I arrived. He was very friendly and courteous!!! Unfortunately I had to pick up my car early so I was not able to thank him in person. Again, he did a great job!

Both locations had horrible communication in keeping me updated about my car unless I called nonstop asking. My car was there for 3 weeks and they didn’t even finish the job with a new wheel that was documented.

The repair service was great. But the car wash was not great. There was a lot of cleaning solution stains on the interior, especially on the inside of the doors.
