Mr. Daniel was very nice, professional and informative. He also communicated status on vehicle. Also appreciated Stephanie the advise to make sure that I have my loaner vehicle from Enterprise before I turned my car into them for repairs since she said some customers were having trouble getting cars. She also called Enterprise for me so they could come pick me up to take me to Enterprise.

The repair work is excellent! You can’t tell the fender was replaced. Everything matches. I’m so glad to have my car back. Caliber Collision team was great. Gabriel Coy kept me apprised of delays in getting parts and explained everything that was done to repair the damage. I’m very satisfied with the work and service.
